The Destination background

Rio de Janeiro is the picture postcard city on the Atlantic coast with great beaches, the fabulous Sugar Loaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer statue, now a new 7th wonder of the world.

But there is so much more to Rio which you will explore on this Boutique tour including historical sites and hidden treasures.

Salvador is the historical centre of Brazil and a fascinating mix of Africa & Bahia in one. With a UNESCO heritage centre, walking through the streets are as much evocative as educational.

Praia do Forte, some 50 miles north of Salvador on Bahia's Miracle Coast is the site of one of the best beach locations along the entire Atlantic coast.
